The graded items we sell are surplus stock, end of line/discontined models, 30-day customer returns, unwanted gifts, or items with damaged/no pacakaging. All TVs undergo a comprehensive quality control process by our onsite engineers and are then processed, repackaged and offered for sale. All the TVs are supplied with user manual, remote control and power lead. If the TV has original boxed packaging when the TV comes in to our warehouse we will supply it, if not we will supply other secure packaging to keep the TV well protected in transit. Our 12 month parts and labour return to base guarantee on all our tvs demonstrates our confidence in each and every product we sell online.
